INOLA, OK — After going up two sets on Oologah at the Inola Tournament Saturday, the win looked sealed up for Salina's Lady Wildcats.

Oologah had other plans, storming back to take the final three sets, including a 15-12 tiebreak set, and the match against Class 4A No. 18 Salina.

The Lady Mustangs also toppled Salina 2-0 (25-7, 25-20) earlier in the tournament.

Salina did snare a pair of straight-set victories at Inola, popping Drumright 2-0 and Copan 3-0.

The 2-2 showing at the tournament, coupled with a 3-1 (11-25, 25-15, 15-15, 15-17) loss at Westville Thursday, dropped the Lady Cats to 4-7 on the season. Salina will next travel to Oklahoma Union today at 6 p.m.

Chouteau went 0-2 at the Inola Tournament. The Lady Wildcats were victimized by Copan and host Inola.
