Baseball roundup: Pryor takes on Florida

PENSACOLA, Fla. — Pryor headed out on its annual spring break trip to Pensacola, Fla., over the weekend for the Aggie Classic.

Pryor and Booker T. Washington (Pensacola, Fla.) were set for a Monday first pitch at 7 p.m.

Pryor will also take on Niceville (Fla.) at 4 p.m. Tuesday and Knoxville (Tenn.) Catholic at 1 p.m. Wednesday before a final round game Thursday.



Chouteau stays unbeaten

CHOUTEAU — The Chouteau baseballers swept Bluejacket in a Saturday doubleheader to improve to 6-0 on the season.

In the first game, Wildcat pitcher Trevor Searcy picked up his second win of the season in an 8-3 decision.

Cody Atwell, also 2-0, pitched a shutout in the second game to help Chouteau take an 8-0 win.
