Zebras' late bucket upsets shorthanded Pryor

CLAREMORE, OK — Claremore outruns Tigerettes, 67-29

CLAREMORE — The Claremore Lady Zebras brandished a wide array of scoring options to blitz Pryor, 67-29, Tuesday night in Claremore.

Lauren Chancellor led the attack for Claremore with 13 points, while Kaileigh Cox scored six points, grabbed seven rebounds and dished out seven assists.

Bailee Hillman led the Tigerettes with 11 points, including the first five points of the game. Claremore snared a 10-9 lead midway through the first quarter and ran out to a 37-19 halftime lead.

Alyissa Harry chipped in five points and three rebounds for the Tigerettes, while Ofy Chavoya added four points and seven rebounds.

Pryor will host Coweta Friday in its Metro Lakes finale. The Tigerettes will tip at 6 p.m. and the boys will follow at 7:30.
