Tigers to co-host league tournament

PRYOR, OK — ryor and Claremore will co-host the Three Rivers League summer baseball championship tournament beginning Wednesday.

The Tigers will play all of their pool games at American Legion Memorial Field. Pryor, which shares Pool B with Claremore-Sequoyah, Coweta and Metro Christian, will begin play at 7:30 p.m. Wednesday against Coweta. Sequoyah and Metro will square off in the 5 p.m. game.

On Thursday, Coweta and Metro will tangle at 5:30 p.m. while Sequoyah and Pryor will duel at   8 p.m.

Friday will see Sequoyah and Coweta open action at 5 p.m., followed by Metro and Pryor at 7:30.

The winner of the pool will take on the winner of Pool A (Claremore, Collinsville, Oologah and Skiatook) at 6:30 p.m. Saturday for the title.

The fourth-place matchup will kick the day off at 11 p.m., third place will be decided at 1:30 p.m. and the pool runners-up will face off at 4 p.m.

All of the Pool A and Saturday championship round games will be played in Claremore at American Legion Park.
