SHAWNEE, OK — Head coach Matt Davis' Tigerettes stormed through their Friday contests at the Shawnee Tournament, swiping a 2-1 win from Durant and a 5-1 win over the host Lady Wolves.

Pryor (7-5, 3-1) had won four of its last five games before heading into a Saturday contest with Carl Albert. No score was reported for that game.

The Tigerettes will take the early part of the week off before heading to the Claremore-Coweta Tournament Thursday through Saturday.

Pryor will open at 10 a.m. Thursday against Sallisaw before a 2:30 afternoon contest against Catoosa. Pryor will challenge Miami's Lady Wardogs Friday at 11:30 a.m. and draw Durant in a rematch Saturday at 10:30 a.m. at Claremore.

Now 3-6 on the year, Salina will play host to Ketchum Thursday at 4:30 p.m. before the fast-pitch version of the Battle of 82 against Locust Grove Saturday at 3:30 p.m. The Lady Pirates will host.
