PRYOR, OK —
The Pryor soccer team fell to 1-4 on the season after Tahlequah's Tigers claimed a 3-2 win in overtime Friday night in Tahlequah.
Pryor and 5A No. 11 Tahlequah were tied, 1-1, after 40 minutes and 2-2 at full time on goals by Pryor's Corey Horton and Colten Smith. Horton took three of Pryor's eight shots on the night.
Ryan Ogg was in goal for Pryor and recorded a dozen saves.
Pryor's girls were more fortunate in the opener, sneaking past Tahlequah's Lady Tigers 1-0 on a Carman Silas goal in the first half.
Elizabeth Anderson kept the net clean for the second time in as many games, recording five saves.
The win moves the Pryor Lady Tigers to 3-2 on the year. All three of Pryor's wins have been shutouts.
The Lady Tigers and Tigers are back at home tonight, hosting Grove. The girls will kick off at 6 p.m. and the boys will begin at 8.
