PRYOR — Sawyer Salisbury stuffed the stat sheet for Collinsville to help the Lady Cardinals top Pryor for the third time this season, 67-35, in MLC action Tuesday at the Burdick Center.
Salisbury racked up 15 points, eight rebounds, five steals and four assists in three quarters to lead Class 5A No. 5 Collinsville.
Alyissa Harry led Pryor with eight points and five rebounds, but the inside presence of Salisbury and sisters Madie and Mallory Vaughn overwhelmed the Tigerettes. The Vaughn sisters combined for 19 points and 15 rebounds.
Junior Rachel Zumstein added seven points and three rebounds for Pryor. Freshman Hunter Gilstrap scored five points and dished out a game-high five assists.
Pryor will stay home Friday for its homecoming game, which was pushed back several times due to weather. Queen Ofy Chavoya and the Tigerettes will tip first at 6 p.m. with the crowing ceremony slated for halftime of the boys' game.
