Wayne Parker, 60, died Tuesday, Feb 5, at Abilene Regional Hospital, Abilene, Texas. Funeral services will be held at the Chouteau Hills Church of Christ, Chouteau, on Monday, Feb 11 at 10 a.m. A funeral service in Texas was held at the Baker Heights Church of Christ, Abilene, Texas on Friday, Feb 8, at 4 p.m. Directed by Fry~Bartlett Funeral Home, Tuscola, Texas.
Parker was born Oct 20, 1952 to Claude and Pearl Parker in Searcy, Ark. He was employed by Genesis Network Solutions, in Abilene Texas, as a computer program analyst. He was a member of the American Quarter Horse Association. He is loved and remembered as a horseman, musician, love for family and friends, and above all service to God.
He is survived by his wife Debra Parker of Vinita, daughter Lisa Goforth of Vinita, granddaughter Alexandra Goforth, mother Pearl Parker of Denton, Texas, sister Rhonda Camelin and husband Dan of Corinth, Texas and nephews D.J. & Ryan Camelin and their families.
He was preceded in death by his father.
