Private family services were held for Melvin Wesley Hull, 59, Adair. He was born Oct. 4, 1954, in Claremore to Melvin and Pauline (Brown) Hull. He died June 8.
Hull was raised in Chelsea and had lived most of his life in Adair. He was married to Kim Christensen on Oct. 13, 2006, in Claremore. He was a self-employed small engine repairman. He liked working on lawn mowers and weed trimmers. He liked spending time outside and going to the creek. He went mushroom hunting, rabbit hunting and working in the garden. His family was very important to him and he loved them very much.
Hullo is survived by his wife Kim of the home; daughters Christina Tascier and husband of Shawnee, Celestia Dooley and husband Matt of Del City; son Art Robbins and wife Catherine of Adair; five grandchildren, Joseph, Abby, Hannah, Zack and Nellie; four brothers, Stephen, Phillip, Larry and Bradley; four sisters, Roberta, Vickie, Julia and Sherry; many nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by his parents, grandson Nathanial Dooley, two best friends Tony Riddle and Ray Hutchins and nephew Stanley.
