Two suspects get $1 million bond

PRYOR — Two suspects were given $1 million bonds in Mayes County District Court Monday.

Lindsay Rachelle Fogleman, 21, Locust Grove, and Isac Hernandez, 22, Tulsa, were charged with trafficking cocaine, two counts of possession of a controlled dangerous substance, use of a vehicle in discharge of a weapon, possession of a firearm in commission of a felony, wearing body armor in the commission of a felony and discharging a firearm into a dwelling.

Both pleaded not guilty.

The suspects were arrested Dec. 14, allegedly in possession of cocaine, methamphetamines, Xanex, .40 caliber and nine millimeter semiautomatic pistols. The pair were allegedly wearing body armor and shot into a home.

The case was set on the preliminary hearing sounding docket Jan. 24, 2013.

Judge Rebecca Gore ordered the suspects have no contact with each other.

Hernandez was charged in April with kidnapping and shooting with intent to kill. One of the eyewitnesses against him in that case was Fogleman. The case was dismissed.
