— Isac Hernandez and Lindsay Fogleman appeared before Judge Rebecca Gore on the preliminary hearing sounding docket Thursday.

Fogleman’s case was continued until Feb. 28 at 9:30 a.m., and Hernandez was set for March 1 at 2 p.m.

Both were charged with trafficking in illegal drugs (cocaine), possession of controlled dangerous substance, use of vehicle to facilitate discharging of a weapon, possession of firearm while in commission of a felony, wearing body armor in committing a felony and discharging a firearm into dwelling-felony.

Hernandez has been in the custody of the Mayes County Jail since the arrest Dec. 14, 2012. His bond was set at $1 million.

Fogleman’s bond was set at $1 million, but she was released from the custody of the Mayes County Jail Jan. 16. Court records state that, “Due to the defendant’s severe medical condition the court orders the defendant released from the Mayes County Jail on an inmate monitoring system until final disposition of the case.”
