Red Cross helps fire victims

PRYOR — An American Red Cross Disaster Action Team (DAT) member helped three people after a home fire on north Indianola Street in Pryor. Assistance was provided for food. No other assistance was needed. The fire occurred on Sunday, Nov. 18.

The American Red Cross never charges a disaster victim for any assistance provided. The American Red Cross is not a government agency and relies on selfless volunteers and generous financial donations to bring life-saving and life-changing services to the communities it serves.
