Autographed guitar in Safenet auction

Sommer Woodward
Staff Reporter

RCB Bank employees Lorri Mitchell and Terri Ross hold an autographed guitar signed by country music star Joe Nichols at the 2008 Country Fever Music Festival. The guitar is being auctioned during the Bands & Barbecue fund raiser for Safenet Services, Inc. The guitar was donated to RCB Bank from Country Fever Directors, Dave and Sharon Giencke. RCB Bank donated the guitar to the “No More Bruises” fundraiser. Bands & Barbecue is Saturday, Sept. 20, 6 to 10 p.m., at the Mayes County Nutrition Center, 910 SE 9th St., in Pryor. Food and entertainment by the Sandusky Players, Coo-Y-Yah Players and the Law Dawgs will be provided. A silent auction with the guitar, a chihuahua and more will be conducted. The event raises money for Safenet Services, Inc, a domestic violence agency. Tickets are $15 at the door. For information, call 825-0190.
