— The Mayes County District Court preliminary hearing sounding docket was  Nov. 8.

Kurt Allen Cherry, 53, Pryor, will have a preliminary hearing Feb. 14 2013. Cherry was charged in April with possession of a controlled drug with intent to distribute and endeavoring to manufacture a controlled dangerous substance after former conviction.

Justin Luke Daugherty, 30, Afton, waived his right to a preliminary hearing and will enter a plea on Nov. 27. Daugherty was charged in February with driving under the influence of alcohol.

John Charles Escoe, 41, Langley, stipulated to a competency exam on Oct. 27. He is being held until he can be found competent. Escoe was charged in August with assault, assault and battery on a police officer and placing bodily fluid on a police officer.

Michael Joseph Hand, 31, Sallisaw, waived his right to a preliminary hearing and will enter a plea on Nov. 27. Hand was charged in July with two counts of falsely personating another to create liability after former conviction, not wearing a seat belt and driving without a license.

David Jeremiah Heber, 21, Pryor, had his case continued to Dec. 20. Heber was charged in October with second degree burglary.

Herbert Alvin Herron, 57, Pryor, was found competent to stand trial and will have his hearing on Jan. 14, 2013. Herron was charged in March with failing to register as a sex offender after former conviction.

Christina Lisa Hurst, 37, Bixby, had her case continued to Jan. 10, 2013.

Hurst was charged in October with assault with a dangerous weapon.

Steven Ray Jennings, 42, Pryor, will have a preliminary hearing on Jan. 14, 2013. Jennings was charged in July with assault with a dangerous weapon, mistreatment of a police dog after former conviction, trespassing after being forbidden, public intoxication, and resisting arrest.

Wayne Hudson Johnston, 21, Claremore, had his case continued to Dec. 20.

Johnston was charged in October with falsely personating another to create liability, driving without a license, failure to carry insurance and speeding.

Martin James Lawrence, 34, Webb City, Mo., will have a preliminary hearing on Jan. 14, 2013. Lawrence was charged in December 2011 with obtaining cash or merchandise by false pretense.

Joe Bob Ledbetter, 62, Pryor, will have a preliminary hearing on Jan. 14, 2013. Ledbetter was charged in July with assault with a dangerous weapon.

Amanda D. Long, 36, Broken Arrow, waived her right to a preliminary hearing and will enter a plea on Nov. 27. Long was charged in September with uttering two or more bogus checks exceeding $1,000.

Brian Douglas Martin, 39, Peggs, will have a preliminary hearing on Feb. 11.

Martin was charged in September with possession of a controlled dangerous substance. Martin was charged in August 2011 with manufacture of a controlled dangerous substance after former conviction.

Mark Meyerhoff, 45, Mountain View, Ark., had his case continued to Dec. 20. Meyerhoff was charged in August with driving under the influence of drugs and alcohol after former conviction, driving without a license, and transporting an open container of beer.

Amanda Montgomery, 40, Pryor, will have a preliminary hearing on Feb. 14, 2013. Montgomery was charged in April with possession of a controlled dangerous substance within 1,000 feet of a school, park or minor and possession of drug paraphernalia.

Michael Lee Newman, 48, Pryor, had his case continued to Dec. 20. Newman was charged in July with driving under the influence of alcohol after former conviction and speeding.

Cody Allen Nichols, 18, Salina, will have a preliminary hearing on Jan. 24, 2013. Nichols was charged in June with first degree rape of a minor under the age of 14 and incest.

Matthew James Northcutt, 20, Pryor, will have his preliminary hearing on Jan. 24, 2013. Northcutt was charged in September with lewd or indecent acts to a child under 16.

Jerry Don Powell, 48, Pryor, will have a preliminary hearing on Jan. 17, 2013. Powell was charged in September with second degree burglary of an automobile. Powell was charged in June 2011 with domestic assault and battery.

Salena Fay Rabbit, 51, Pryor, waived her right to a preliminary hearing and will face arraignment on Nov. 21. Rabbit was charged in November 2010 with false declaration of ownership in a pawn shop.

Gregory Shawn Roach, 40, Tulsa, had his case continued to Dec. 20. Roach was charged in December 2011 with actual physical control of an automobile after former conviction and transporting an open container of liquor. Roach was charged in July with driving under the influence of alcohol after former conviction and failure to carry insurance. Roach was charged in February with driving under suspension.

Cody Wayne Ruddick, 27, Adair, was not in court. Judge Rebecca Gore issued a bench warrant for his arrest, forfeited and tripled the bond. Ruddick was charged in September with three counts of obtaining merchandise by false pretense.

Ashley Marie Rumsey, 20, Tulsa, will have a preliminary hearing on Jan. 10, 2013. Rumsey was charged in August with first degree burglary.

William Joe Rutherford, 28, Pryor, will have a preliminary hearing and motion to revoke a suspended sentence on Feb. 11, 2013.

Rutherford was charged in April with possession of a controlled substance and possession of drug paraphernalia. Rutherford was charged in July with possession of a controlled dangerous substance after former conviction, possession of drug paraphernalia and driving without a license.

Rutherford was charged in October with possession of a controlled dangerous substance within 1,000 feet of school, park or minor, possession of a firearm after former conviction, possession of a sawed off shotgun and possession of drug paraphernalia.

Christopher W. Ryan, 29, Locust Grove, had his case continued to Dec. 20. Ryan was charged in October with possession of a controlled dangerous substance, possession of a controlled substance (marijuana), possession or selling drug paraphernalia, driving without a license and not wearing a seat belt.

Randall B. Sellman, 51, Eureka, Calif., waived his right to a preliminary hearing and entered a plea of guilty on Nov. 19. Sellman was charged in April with lewd molestation.

Cory Andrew Sinor, 23, Sapulpa, had his case continued to Dec. 20. Sinor was charged in October with possession of a firearm while on probation.

Jared Taylor Smith, 23, Hulbert, had his case continued to Dec. 20. Smith was charged in June with driving under the influence of alcohol after former conviction, first offense of reckless driving and failure to carry insurance. and failure to yield with turning left.

Misty Dawn Smith, 29, Spavinaw, had her cases continued to Dec. 20.

Smith was charged in October with possession of a controlled dangerous substance after former conviction. She was charged in October with driving under suspension second offense and failure to carry insurance.

Dakota Freebird Spradlin, 18, Chouteau, will have a preliminary hearing on Jan. 10. Spradlin was charged in September with second degree burglary.

Darren Lee Stealer, 24, Pryor, had his case continued to Jan. 10, 2013. Stealer was charged in September with third degree arson.

Aaron David Sumner, 33, Vinita, had his case continued to Jan. 10, 2013.

Sumner was charged in December 2011 with possession of a controlled drug with intent to distribute.

Shelby Noelle Surber, 24, Chouteau, waived her right to a preliminary entered a guilty plea on Nov. 13.

Surber was charged in July with domestic assault and battery by strangulation or attempted strangulation, assault and battery and threatening violence. Surber was charged in August with breaking and entering.

Claudia Elizabeth Taylor, 32, Tahlequah, will have a preliminary hearing on Jan. 17, 2013. Taylor was charged in September with eluding a police officer, possession of a stolen vehicle and driving without a license.

Amanda Michelle Thomas, 28, Pryor, was not in court. Judge Gore issued a bench warrant for her arrest. Bond was forfeited and tripled for failure to appear. Thomas was charged in October with uttering two or more bogus checks exceeding $500.

Lewis Thompson, 48, Salina, will have a preliminary hearing on Jan. 17, 2013. Thompson was charged in September with first degree burglary, knowingly concealing stolen property and assault.

Daniel Anthony Wagner, 23, Tulsa, will have a preliminary hearing on Dec. 20. Wagner was charged in September with driving under the influence of alcohol, driving without license, and driving left of center.

Steven Lee Walker, 42, Inola, waived his right to a preliminary hearing and will face arraignment on Nov. 21. Walker was charged in August with driving under the influence of alcohol, driving without a license and transporting an open container of beer.

Lindsay Gene Walters, 22, Salina, will have a preliminary hearing Feb. 21, 2013. Walters was charged in July with endeavoring to manufacture a controlled dangerous substance.

Trinti Jean White, 35, Pryor, was not in court. Gore issued a bench warrant for her arrest. Bond was forfeited and tripled for her failure to appear. White was charged in September with driving under the influence of alcohol after former conviction, driving without a license and failure to yield.
