Summers case continued in district court

— Wesley Summers was remanded to the

custody of the Mayes County Sheriff’s Office in district court Feb. 27 for failure to pay. His bond was set at 10 times the original amount. He was ordered to return to court March 6.

In the case of State of Oklahoma vs. Nathan Lee Hanks, the state requested a continuance. The case was set for issue March 20.

Hanks has seven total felony charges;

stealing of automobile after former conviction of a felony, assault and battery with a dangerous weapon (AFCF), lewd molestation (AFCF), escape from city jail (AFC), two counts of

possession of a controlled dangerous

substance, and burglary in the second degree. Hanks has misdemeanor charges that include domestic assault and battery and harboring an endangered runaway.
