Pryor, OK — David Jeremiah Heber, 20, Pryor, was in Mayes County District Court Wednesday, charged with attempted burglary in the second degree. Heber pleaded not guilty. The case was set on the preliminary hearing sounding docket Sept 13. Bond was set at $1,000. Heber is alleged to have broken into a 1995 Chevrolet Blazer, owned by Lillian Anglin, located at 8 Payne St. in Pryor around 10 p.m. on July 26.

Michael Kevin Baker, 48, was in Mayes County District Court Monday, charged with possession of a controlled dangerous substance. Baker pleaded not guilty. The case was set on the preliminary hearing sounding docket Sept 13. Baker was free on bond. Baker is alleged to have had methamphetamines on his person on Aug 4.

Matthew Douglas Schweffermann, 24, Pryor, was in Mayes County District Court Monday, charged with grand larceny and knowingly concealing

stolen property. Schweffermann pleaded not guilty. The case was set on the preliminary hearing sounding docket Sept 13. Bond was

set at $50,000. Schweffermann is alleged to have taken, in concert with Elizabeth Mary Miller, two back tractor wheels, a mowing machine and a HiLift belonging to John Mozingo and to have concealed these items on Aug 3. Schweffermann has two other felony cases pending in the court: knowingly concealing stolen property case from May and an attempted grand larceny case from June.

Elizabeth Mary Miller, 24, was in Mayes County District Court Monday, charged with grand larceny and knowingly concealing stolen property. Miller pleaded not guilty. The case was set on the preliminary hearing sounding docket Sept 13. Bond was set at $30,000. Miller is alleged to have taken, in concert with Matthew Schweffermann, two back tractor wheels, a mowing machine and a HiLift belonging to John Mozingo and to have concealed these items on Aug 4. Miller has a knowingly concealing stolen property case pending from May.

Amanda Jean Weaver, 30, was in Mayes County District Court Aug. 1, charged with domestic assault and battery in the presence of a minor, a misdemeanor. Weaver pleaded not guilty. The case was set on the preliminary hearing sounding docket Dec. 7. Bond was set at $500. Weaver turned herself in and was processed through the Mayes County Jail. Weaver allegedly hit husband Tracy Weaver in front of two minor children in June.

Robert Daniel Maguire, 25, Pryor, was in Mayes County District Court on Aug. 1, charged with grand larceny. Maguire pleaded not guilty. The case was set on the preliminary hearing sounding docket Sept 13. Bond was set at $5,000. Maguire is alleged to have taken a catalytic converter and exhaust pipe belonging to Roberts Chevrolet on July 31.
