Jason Mark Odle, 36, Pryor, was in Mayes County District Court Monday charged with feloniously pointing a firearm, carrying a firearm while under the influence and public intoxication. The latter two charges are misdemeanors. Odle entered a not guilty plea. The case was set on the preliminary hearing sounding docket April 5. Bond was set at $10,000. Odle is alleged to have pointed a firearm while intoxicated on March 17 at Dixie Gann, Johnny Copeland, and Michael Bowman.

Justin Jay McGirt, 29, Locust Grove was in Mayes County District Court Monday charged with two counts of domestic assault and battery by strangulation. McGirt pleaded not guilty. The case was set on the preliminary hearing sounding docket April 5. Bond was set at $50,000 and McGirt was ordered to have no contact with the victim, Amanda Brown. McGirt is alleged to have strangled Brown on two different occasions on March 17. McGirt has a case pending in Rogers County.

David Robert Lamarre, 57, Locust Grove, was in Mayes County District Court Monday charged with child sexual abuse and failure to register as a sex offender. Lamarre pleaded not guilty. The case was set on the preliminary hearing sounding docket April 5. Bond was set at $300,000. Lamarre is alleged to have sexually abused a three-year-old between June 1, 2011 and March 15. Lamarre is alleged to have failed to register as a sexual offender, having been convicted of first degree sexual abuse in Arkansas in February of 1990. Lamarre was sentenced to three years for that crime.

Brittany R. Bridges, 20, Chouteau, was in Mayes County District Court Thursday charged with domestic abuse and assault and battery. Bridges pleaded not guilty. The case was set on the preliminary hearing sounding docket June 15. Bond was set at $5,000. Bridges is ordered to have no contact with the alleged victim, Brian James Huckleby.

Cassie Lynn Jones, 24, was in Mayes County District Court March 12, charged with manufacture of a controlled dangerous substance (methamphetamine), a felony, and unlawful possession of drug paraphernalia, a misdemeanor. A not guilty plea was entered. The case was set on the preliminary hearing sounding docket April 5. Bond was set at $45,000. Jones is alleged to have been making meth when she was arrested on March 12 in Pryor.
