Lena Michelle Blossom, 36, Tahlequah, was in Mayes County District Court Oct. 22, charged with obtaining merchandise by bogus check. Blossom pleaded not guilty. The case was set on the preliminary hearing sounding docket Dec. 7. Bond was set at $1,000. Blossom allegedly wrote a bogus check on Jan. 16, 2011, to Harp’s food store in Salina for $46.13. Blossom had a traffic violation of driving without a license in 2009. She owes $676.59 in that case. Bond was set at 10 times the amount owed.
Matthew Bias, 31, Chouteau, was in Mayes County District Court Oct. 23, charged with feloniously pointing a firearm. Bias pleaded not guilty.
