January preliminary hearing sounding docket

The preliminary hearing sounding docket was last week in Mayes County District Court.

The minor who was arrested in connection with the November knife robbery at a Pryor laundromat will appear in court on Feb. 16 for his preliminary hearing.

Ronald Dwayne Allen, 47, Sperry, will have his preliminary hearing on March 29. Allen was chaged with knowingly concealing stolen property in October.

Shaun Lee Anderson, 24, Pryor, will have his preliminary hearing on March 2. Anderson was charged with larceny of an automobile in October.

Patrena Marie Appleby, 49, Inola, will have her preliminary hearing on Feb. 16. Appleby was charged with obtaining merchandise by bogus check in December.

Jennifer Lynn Bailey, 22, Pryor, failed to appear in district court for her preliminary sounding docket. Judge Rebecca Gore ordered bond forfeited and tripled and a warrant has been issued for her arrest. Bailey was charged with assaulting a police officer, possession of controlled dangerous substance and obstruction in November.

Timothy Wayne Berend, 45, Vinita, waved his right to a preliminary hearing and will go to court on Feb. 22. Berend was charged with possession of a controlled dangerous substance with intent to distribute in November.

Lethan Craig Bias, 39, Chouteau, waved his right to a preliminary hearing. He will be in court on Jan. 26. Bias was charged with knowingly concealing stolen property in November.

Carol Antiona Brown, 33, Pryor will reappear in court on Feb. 16. Brown was charged with stealing medication from Terrace Nursing Home in November.

Brenda Kay Caldwell, 40, Wagoner, will have her case continued to March 29. Caldwell was charged with obtaining merchandise by bogus check on Jan. 11.

Christy Carlile, 36, Tulsa, will have a preliminary hearing on March 7. Carlile was chaged with unauthorized use of a motor vehicle in May.

Timmothy Bruce Cline, 39, Pryor, will have his preliminary hearing on Feb. 16. Cline was charged with manufacture of a controlled dangerous substance in December.

Gaye Cochran 51, Pryor, waved her right to a preliminary hearing. She will be in court on Feb. 22. Cochran was charged with posession of a controlled dangerous substance in December.

Alexander Scott Cox, 20, Pryor, waved his preliminary hearing and will appear in court on March 20. Cox was charged with possession of a controlled dangerous substance with intent to distribute in November.  

Rocky Lee Davis, 25, Locust Grove, will have preliminary hearing on Feb. 16. Davis was charged with possession of controlled dangerous substance in December.

James Raymond Dutton, 31, Pryor, will have his preliminary hearing on March 15. Dutton was charged with knowingly concealing stolen property in September.

George Malcomb Edwards Jr., 34, Pryor, will be in court March 26. Edwards was charged with assault and battery of police officer, mistreatment of police dog and public intoxication in November.

David Allen Eglian, 48, Pryor, has his case continued to March 29. Eglian was charged with knowingly concealing stolen property and possession of a controlled dangerous substance in November.

Cody Estes 19, Pryor, has his case continued to March 29. Estes was charged with possession of a controlled dangerous substance within 1,000 feet of a school yard and possession of drug paraphernalia in December.

William Lee Estes, 40, Pryor, will have his preliminary hearing on March 29. Estes was charged with manufacture of a controlled dangerous substance in December.

Jeffrey Allen Fabus , 50 , Morris, will have his preliminary hearing on Feb. 16. Fabus was charged with driving under the influence of alcohol, driving with a suspended license and transporting an open container in his car in December.

Daniel Wayne Galloway Jr., 36, Chouteau, waved his right to a preliminary hearing. Galloway pleaded not guilty. He will be in court on Jan. 26. Galloway was charged with failing to notify authorities of change of address as required of registered sex offenders in December.

Sandford Glass, 32, Pryor, waved his right to a preliminary hearing and will go to trial on Feb. 22. Glass was charged with endeavoring to manufacture a controlled dangerous substance in November.

Hershell Lloyd Goolsby, 60, Chouteau, is scheduled for preliminary hearing March 20. Goolsby was charged with feloniously pointing a firearm in December.

Thersea Raelene Henson, 41 Pryor, is scheduled for preliminary hearing Feb. 16. Henson was charged with manufacture of a controlled dangerous substance and possession with intent to manufacture in September.

James Austin Herbeck, 51, Pryor, waved his right to a preliminary hearing and will go to court Feb. 22. Herbeck was charged with endeavoring to manufacture a controlled, dangerous substance in November.

Rebecca Lee Hooper, 41, Tahlequah, failed to appear in court for the preliminary sounding docket. Bond was forfeited and tripled. Judge Gore issued a warrant for Hooper’s arrest. Hooper was charged with driving under the influence of drugs in September.

Jessica Marie Hooper, 29, preliminary hearing is Feb. 16. Hooper was charged with possession of controlled dangerous substance, alluding police, assault and battery with a dangerous weapon and running a roadblock on Dec. 29.

Wilbur Dean Howard, 41, had his case continued to Feb. 16. Howard was charged with omitting to provide for a minor child in 2001.

Brandy Elizabeth Ivey 19, Pryor, waved her right to a preliminary hearing and will be in court on Jan. 26 to make a plea. Ivey was charged with falsely declaring ownership of three rings to Green Country Pawn on Dec. 9.

Stacy Lynn Jentz, 26, Pryor, waved her right to have a preliminary hearing. She will be in court on Feb. 22. Jentz was charged with endeavoring to manufacture and possession of a controlled dangerous substance in August and October.

Timothy Wayne Jordan, 46, Pryor, has a preliminary hearing scheduled for March 15. Jordan was charged with possession of a controlled dangerous substance with intent to distribute.

Elaine Jumper, 33, Spavinaw, has a preliminary hearing is Feb. 16. Jumper was charged with endeavoring to manufacture a controlled dangerous substance in December.

Ryan Lee Kammerzell, 31, Chouteau, failed to appear in court. Bond was forfeited and tripled. Judge Gore sent out a bench warrant for his arrest. Kammerzell has been charged with larceny of an automobile in December.

Jacob Andrew Kelley 27, Pryor, had a warrant for his arrest. He was taken into custody. His preliminary hearing is March 15. Kelley has been charged with possession of controlled dangerous substance, driving under the influence of alcohol, transporting an open container and possession or selling of drug paraphernalia - a misdemeanor.

Candice Maldonado,19, Pryor, will have her preliminary hearing March 20. Maldonado was charged with possession of a controlled dangerous substance and possession of or selling drug paraphernalia in December.

Charles Ben Martin, 27, Peggs, failed to appear in court. Bond was forfeited and tripled and Judge Gore issued a warrant for Martin’s arrest. Martin was charged with possession of a controlled dangerous substance and selling drug paraphernalia in December.

Mark Fredrick McAfee, 44, Chouteau, waved his right to a preliminary hearing and will appear in court on Feb. 22. McAfee was charged with possession of a controlled dangerous substance in December.

Michael Robert McCurdy, 18, Stillwater, waved right to a preliminary hearing. He will be on trial Feb. 22. McCurdy was charged with second degree rape in November.

Stacy Lea McKinney, 43, Pryor, waved her right to a preliminary hearing. She will be in court on Feb. 22. McKinny was charged with manufacture of a controlled dangerous substance in November.

Teresa Lynn Miller, 45, Chouteau, will have her preliminary hearing on March 15. Miller has been charged with child abuse by injury in July.

Sabrina Dawn Montgomery, 20, Pryor, will be in court for her preliminary hearing on March 29. Montgomery was charged with harboring a fugitive from justice in December.

Robert Lester Payne,48, Salina, will be in court March 15. Payne was charged with child sexual abuse in November.

Donald Wayne Poor, 62, Chouteau, will have his preliminary hearing on March 29. Poor was charged with possession of a controlled dangerous substance and possession of drug paraphernalia in December.

Chrisopher Nicholas Reed, 32, Peggs, failed to appear in court. Bond was forfeited and tripled. Judge Gore set a warrant for his arrest. Reed was charged with possession of a controlled dangerous substance. Possession or selling drug paraphernalia and failure to carry a security verification form in December.

Gregory Shawn Roach, 39, Locust Grove, failed to appear in court. Bond was forfeited and tripled. Judge Gore issued a warrant for his arrest. Roach was charged with actual physical control and transporting a contain of liquor in December.

Gary Edward Ross, 56, Pryor waved his right to a preliminary hearing. He will be in court on Jan. 26 to make a plea. Ross is charged with possession of a controlled dangerous substance, possession or selling of drug paraphernalia and bail jumping in 2009 and 2010.

Jackie Wayne Rogers Jr., 30, Wagoner, will be in court for his preliminary hearing March 29. Rogers was charged with failing to register as a violent offender in December.
