— Three counts of sexual battery have been filed on Bobby Lee Johnson, 40, after Pryor Police detectives investigated a complaint made by a minor.

“Johnson was questioned by Detective Kevin Lanham and myself and admitted his involvement,” Detective James Willyard said. There is more than one victim.

A representative of the Department of Human Services was also present during questioning.

According to Willyard, Johnson inappropriately touched the victim, now 16, over the last four years.

He is being held in the Mayes County Jail on $100,000 bond and is to have no contact with anyone under the age of 18 while in jail and as a condition of bond.

Johnson is scheduled to appear in court on June 20, at 9:30 a.m., for a preliminary hearing.

Martin David Smith, 83, Pryor, has been charged with lewd molestation involving a minor after the victim came forward.

According to Pryor Police Detective James Willyard, Smith admitted to the molestation during questioning. The alleged crime is said to have taken place a year or two ago.

Court documents allege that Smith “knowingly and intentionally looking upon, touching, feeling the body and private parts in a lewd and lascivious manner.”

Smith posted a $50,000 bond and was ordered to have no contact with children under the age of 18. He is scheduled to reappear in court on June 20, at 9:30 a.m.
