PRYOR — The Mayes County District Court preliminary hearing sounding docket was Nov. 8.

Monty Ryle Adams, 49, Salina, will have a preliminary hearing on Feb. 11, 2013. Adams was charged in October with endeavoring to manufacture controlled dangerous substance, possession of CDS with intent to distribute, possession of a firearm in commission of felony after former conviction and possession of drug paraphernalia.

David Owen Addington, 33, Pryor, will have his preliminary hearing Feb. 14, 2013. Addington was charged in October with possession of marijuana with intent to distribute and possession of drug paraphernalia.

Michael Kevin Baker, 48, Afton, had his case continued to Dec. 20. Baker was charged in August with possession of a controlled dangerous substance.

Phillip Wayne Baucom, 51, Pryor, had his case continued to Dec. 20. Baucom did not have an attorney. Baucom was charged in October with assault and battery with a dangerous weapon, and two counts malicious injury to property.

Matthew Wayne Bias, 31, Chouteau, will have his preliminary hearing Jan. 10, 2013. Bias was charged in October with feloniously pointing a firearm.

John Davison Bogle, 51, Vinita, had his case continued to Dec. 20.

Bogle was charged in July with endeavoring to manufacture a controlled dangerous substance.

April May Bruffett, 31, Pryor, had her case continued to Jan. 10, 2013.

Bruffett was charged in October with possession of a controlled dangerous substance within 1,000 feet of a school or minor, possession of a firearm while in commission of felony after former conviction, possession of a sawed-off shotgun and possession of drug paraphernalia.

Wayne Edward Carnes, 45, Salina, had his case continued to Jan. 10, 2013.  Carnes was charged in September with child abuse , domestic assault and battery after former conviction and domestic assault and battery.

Cynthia D. Carroll, 39, Pryor, had her case continued to Jan. 10, 2013. Carroll was charged in August with driving under the influence after former conviction and improper crossing of the center dividing line. Carroll was charged in August of 2010 with driving under the influence of drugs after former conviction.

Ira Chatman, 56, Ft. Smith,  will have a preliminary hearing Jan. 4, 2013. Chatman was charged in July with lewd molestation.



Kurt Allen Cherry, 53, Pryor, will have a preliminary hearing on Feb. 14, 2013. Cherry was charged in April with possession of a controlled drug with intent to distribute and endeavoring to manufacture a controlled dangerous substance after former conviction.

Justin Luke Daughterty, 30, Afton, waived his right to a preliminary hearing and will plea on Nov. 27. Daughterty was charged in February with driving under the influence of alcohol.

John Charles Escoe, Jr., 41, Langley, had a competency hearing Oct. 27. He will be kept in Mayes County jail until he passes competency.

Escoe was charged in August with assault, resisting arrest, assault and battery on a police officer, placing bodily fluid on a police officer.

Michael Joseph Hand, 31, Sallisaw, waived his right to a preliminary hearing and will enter a plea on Nov. 27. Hand was charged in July with two counts of falsely personate another to create liability after former conviction. Not wearing a seat belt and driving without a license.

David Jeremiah Heber, 21, Pryor, had his case continued to Dec. 20. Heber was charged in October with second degree burglary.

Herbert Alvin Herron, 57, Pryor, was found competent. He will have his hearing on Jan. 14, 2013. Herron was charged in March with failure to register as a sex offender after former conviction.

Christina Lisa Hurst, 37, Bixby, had her case continued to Jan. 10, 2013. Hurst was charged in October with assault with a dangerous weapon.

Steven Ray Jennings, 42, Pryor, will have his preliminary hearing on Jan. 14, 2013. Jennings was charged with assault with a dangerous weapon, mistreatment of a police dog after former conviction, trespassing after being forbidden, public intoxication and resisting arrest.

Wayne Hudson Johnston, 21, Claremore, had his case continued to Dec. 20.

Johnston was charged in October with falsely personate another to create liability, driving with a canceled license, failure to carry insurance, speeding.

Nathan James Lawrence, 34, Webb City Missouri, had his case continued to Dec. 20. Lawrence was charged in December with obtaining merchandise by false pretense.

Joe Bob Ledbetter, 57, Pryor, will have his preliminary hearing Jan. 14, 2013.

Ledbetter was charged in July with assault with a dangerous weapon.

Amanda D. Long, 36, Locust Grove, waived her right to a preliminary hearing and will state a plea on Nov. 19. Long was charged in September with uttering two or more bogus checks exceeding $1,000.
