PRYOR, OK —    Charles Henderson is being held on a $150,000 bond after being charged with first degree rape and two counts of lewd molestation in Mayes County District Court.

Henderson was picked up on a warrant that was filed for his arrest earlier this month.

Henderson, 25, was reportedly living with his boyfriend Brandon Patterson on south Kentucky Street in Pryor when the incidents occurred. The victim, a 14-year old male, said the events happened over the course of a month.

The victim said the last time he saw Henderson was two months ago, but he did not open the door. Henderson had come wanting some of his things back from Brandon's residence, according to the probable cause affidavit.

“The victim said Henderson has texted him, but he has erased the messages. The messages only talk about Henderson's new life. The victim said Henderson also texted wanting to know what he wanted for Christmas, but he never responded,” according to the affidavit. Henderson appeared in Mayes County District Court Thursday. Judge Rebecca Gore told Henderson that he could face 20 years to life in prison if convicted of these charges.

Henderson's bond was set at $150,000 with a condition that he have absolutely no contact with the victim. Another special condition was that he have no contact with any minor under the age of 16.
