Pryor, OK — George Scott Moore, 32, Grove, was in Mayes County District Court Thursday charged with obtaining merchandise by bogus check. Moore pleaded not guilty. The case was set on the preliminary hearing sounding docket Sept 13. Moore was free on bond. Moore allegedly wrote a check to Hamill Metals on Jan. 6 for $4,876.35, without having sufficient funds.

Jacob Ivan Russell, 39, Salina, was in Mayes County District Court Tuesday charged in July 2007 with bail jumping. Russell failed to appear in court on May 24. Bond was set at $30,000. He was ordered to reappear on Aug 6. Russell was charged in 2006 with the misdemeanor charge of domestic assault and battery. He jumped bail in April 2007.

Stacy Lynn Jentz, 26, Pryor, was in Mayes County District Court Tuesday charged failure to appear on two cases, endeavoring to manufacture a controlled dangerous substance and possession of a controlled dangerous substance. Bond was set at $150,000. She was ordered to appear on Aug. 22 for a felony motion docket. She failed to appear in court on June 25. Jentz allegedly had Lortab on her person in August 2011 and allegedly acquired pseudoephedrine and gave it to Lloyd Wayne Wright for the manufacture of methamphetamine in October 2011.

Shawn Michael Summerlin, 35, Fort Gibson, was in Mayes County District Court Tuesday, charged with aggravated assault and battery. Summerlin, represented by counsel Eric Carpenter, pleaded not guilty. He is to appear in court on Sept. 13 and was ordered to have no contact with the alleged victim. Summerlin was given a $10,000 surety bond. Summerlin allegedly struck Zachery Williams in the face several times on June 26.

Susan Shari Kirby, 40, was in Mayes County District Court Tuesday, charged with second degree forgery. Kirby pleaded not guilty. The case was set on the preliminary hearing sounding docket Aug 30. Bond was set at $5,000.  Kirby allegedly forged the signature of Raymond Boswell on a check for $500 at Century National Bank on June 8.

Roy Eugene Edenfield, 39, Pryor, was in Mayes County District Court Tuesday, charged with sexual battery, a felony, and two misdemeanors, assault and battery and public intoxication. Edenfield pleaded not guilty. The case was set on the preliminary hearing sounding docket Aug. 30. Bond was set at $1,000. Edenfield is alleged to have grabbed a woman and asked the woman to show him her breasts. Edenfield allegedly threatened Edward Vottero and was allegedly intoxicated by the Lakeland Store on July 28.

Geina Don Dentis, 28, Sand Springs, was in Mayes County District Court Tuesday, charged with conspiracy to distribute controlled dangerous substances. Dentis pleaded not guilty. The case was set on the preliminary hearing sounding docket Aug. 30. Bond was set at $50,000. Dentis is alleged to have conspired with Audie Dentis to distribute hydrocodone pills on July 17.

Pamela Elizabeth Goad, 44, Pryor, was in Mayes County District Court Tuesday, charged with taking and receiving a stolen credit card and second degree forgery after a former conviction. Goad pleaded not guilty. The case was set on the preliminary hearing sounding docket Aug 30. Bond was set at $20,000. Goad is alleged to have taken a credit card from Jackie Rae Holliday and forged a check belonging to Jackie Rae Holliday for $30 to the Low Water Dam Store. Goad was convicted in Mayes County in March 2007 of attempting to obtain a controlled drug by fraud.
