Jury trial date set

PRYOR, OK — With two counts of lewd molestation and one count of assault and battery with a dangerous weapon, Robert Rowbotham appeared in court Monday.

Rowbotham, Locust Grove, 42, appeared in Mayes County District Court before Judge Terry Mcbride.

He is still in custody of the Mayes County Jail having not posted the $100,000,000 bond.

Rowbotham was told to be back in court July 28 at 9:30 prepared for a jury trial.

He has several prior felony convictions including endeavoring to manufacture a controlled dangerous substance, possession of a controlled drug with intent to distribute, second degree burglary, knowingly concealing stolen property and escape from a penal institution.
