PRYOR, OK — Charges have been filed on a nearly year-old first-degree rape case.

Charles Henderson, 24, has a warrant for his arrest for three counts of first-degree rape.

The incident occurred in May 2013, and the probable cause affidavit was filed Wednesday.

“Upon viewing the provided interview, I observed a 13-year-old child tell the Child Advocacy Center staff he had consensual sex with Charles Henderson,” according to the probable cause affidavit that contained testimony from former Pryor Police Detective Kevin Lanham.

The 13-year-old allegedly stated the sex occurred at least three times.

During the investigation Lanham learned the child had lived with Henderson for a brief period of time, when the incidents occurred, in Henderson's home on Ora Street in Pryor.

“The minor stated that Henderson knew he was only 13-years-old because they talked about it one time, and the minor showed him his ID,” according to the affidavit.

The affidavit states that witness Brandon Patterson will testify that he “was also in a dating relationship with suspect Charles Henderson during the same time both Charles and the minor were living together.”

“Patterson was aware that Henderson and the minor were spending a lot of time together,” according to the affidavit.

If convicted Henderson can face imprisonment from 20 years to life in prison.

Henderson's prior criminal records includes three counts of knowingly concealing stolen property, a felony.

The case is currently listed as an outstanding warrant. Bond on the warrant is set at $75,000.

Lanham said there is possibly another minor victim in another county.
