Ryan Lee Kammerzell, 29, Chouteau, was in Mayes County District Court Friday in a motion to accelerate a deferred sentence. Kammerzell will be in court again Sept. 27. Bond was set at $5,000. Kammerzell allegedly did not perform his 120 hours of community service. Kammerzell was convicted on March 30 for having had marijuana and a firearm on his person while in possession of marijuana on Oct. 7, 2011.
Hershel Lloyd Goolsby, 61, Chouteau, was in Mayes County District Court Friday in an application to accelerate judgment and sentence.
Goolsby was convicted on June 11 of feloniously pointing a firearm on Oct. 18. His court date is Sept. 28. Bond was set at $1,000.
Dalton James Vance, 20, Chouteau, was in Mayes County District Court Friday charged with driving a motor vehicle under the influence of drugs, possession of a controlled substance, possession of drug paraphernalia. Vance pleaded not guilty. The case was set on the preliminary hearing sounding docket Dec. 7. Vance is free on bond. Vance allegedly was driving on Sept. 7 while under an intoxicating substance, having marijuana in his vehicle at the time of arrest and having a pipe used for the purpose of smoking marijuana.
