Plane crash site found

PRYOR, OK — An Oklahoma Civil Air Patrol captain and the Madison County Arkansas Sheriff confirm a man and a woman were found in the wreckage of a Piper Saratoga plane this morning at 8:48 a.m. The plane crashed in Madison County Arkansas.

No official identification has been made, but the couple is reported to be from Pryor.

The plane was spotted by the Arkansas Wing of the Civil Air Patrol and ground crews later found the wreckage of the six-seat, single-engine plane, which went missing at 2:14 p.m. Monday near the Pettigrew, Ark.
